With still more new volunteers joining the ranks of seasoned Team Englin veterans, Campaign Central was brimming with grassroots energy this evening. In addition to various other critical campaign activities, Team Englin made hundreds of phone calls to voters in the 45th district for our David and to voters in the 32nd district for David Poisson.
“I can’t thank our volunteers enough for keeping up the good fight,” said Melissa Mattingly, Team Englin’s campaign manager. “We’re really making a difference not only for David, but for other great Democrats too.”
Meanwhile, David spoke to voters and activists in the Mount Vernon part of the 45th district at the monthly meeting of the local chapter of the Jewish women’s group Hadassah. As a Jewish candidate, David was invited to share his thoughts on “Judaism and the political life.”
“It was an honor to have a chance to share some thoughts with the Mount Vernon chapter of Hadassah, and I look forward to working together to fight for sensible, progressive legislation in Richmond,” said David.
