One week before officially taking office, today David re-launched his website, www.davidenglin.org, with design changes throughout to help him better serve his 45th District constituents. New features include David’s January 2006 Constituent Survey, which gives people an easy way to share their views on critical issues facing the community and the state. The redesigned site also includes a Constituent Toolbox designed to help improve access to government agencies and services.
“My goal is to provide open, responsive, energetic leadership that makes government work for people,” said David. “This website is one part of that effort. I hope people will take a few moments to complete the survey to give me a better idea of where they stand on various issue so I can represent them better during the upcoming General Assembly session.”
During the 2005 campaign, Brian Reich, editor of Campaign Web Review, lauded Team Englin for harnessing the power of the Internet for grassroots political organizing.
“The Englin campaign’s use of the web is above the level of many congressional campaigns,” said Reich.
Now that the campaign is over, David is using the power of the Internet to serve the people of the 45th District. Click here to receive regular email updates about David’s work for you in Richmond.
