David and Caleb, along with Alexandria Councilman Rob Krupicka, have agreed to shave their heads bald on St. Patrick’s Day as part of a St. Baldrick’s Foundation event to raise money for children’s cancer research.

“When Jill Cetina asked me to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research, how could I say no? Her three-year-old daughter, Camille, has kidney cancer, and the kind of research my bald head will support has saved her life. By raising money for pediatric cancer research, we’ll bring hope to other families and save children’s lives in the future.”

The shaving will take place on Saturday, March 17 at 3 p.m. at A Likely Story Children’s Book Store , 1555 King Street, Alexandria. 93 percent of the money you give will go directly to pediatric cancer research, so please be generous. Click here to donate!

“As a bonus, your donation will sponsor Caleb’s bald head too! When Caleb heard I was shaving my head, he declared, ‘I don’t want to have a bald Daddy unless I can be bald too!’ So the two of us are going bald!” said David.
