Congratulations to the West Potomac High School Young Democrats for rising to Team Englin’s challenge to increase voter turnout in Grosvenor precinct! Historically, this precinct has had very low turnout with very high Democratic performance. We gave these high school students the tools and the training to make a difference, and they did, increasing turnout and delivering it for David with 71.67% of the vote.
