Congratulations to Creigh Deeds and Jody Wagner on winning the Democratic nominations for Governor and Lieutenant Governor! Yesterday, Campaign Central (a.k.a. our house!) overflowed with volunteers for Brian Moran, and I’m proud of the success we had delivering Brian a strong majority in Alexandria. Today, we must come together and focus on electing the Deeds-Wagner-Shannon-Englin ticket on November 3.
We know from recent Republican wins in this Democratic stronghold that victory in November won’t happen by accident — you and I need to do the neighbor-to-neighbor grassroots work to make it happen. Please join us this Sunday, June 14, 3-6 p.m., to kick off our grassroots campaign for victory in November!
Wear your walking shoes and meet at our house, 1505 Wayne Street, Alexandria (map) at 3 p.m. for a quick training before we go out. We’ll be knocking on doors and talking with voters in all parts of the 45th District to identify every possible supporter to turn out for the Democratic ticket on November 3.
