What is the maximum amount I can give? There are no dollar limits on contributions to state-level campaigns in Virginia.
Can companies, unions, or other groups contribute? Yes. State-level campaigns in Virginia can accept contributions from just about any entity, including any individual who is U.S. citizen or has a valid green card, as well as any corporation, union, association or partnership.
Will you ever share or sell my information? Absolutely not. Beyond complying with our reporting requirements to the State Board of Elections, we will never share your information with anyone for any reason without exception.
What information must you report to the State Board of Elections? If your cumulative contribution exceeds $100 for this campaign cycle, we are required to report the following information to the State Board of Elections: your name mailing address, and occupation, and the name, city, and state of your employer.
Is my contribution tax deductible? No.
